EPACT 2005 Energy Policy Act 2005             The energy policy act of 2005 is a goverment sponsored tax incentive for commercial property owners and lessee's who are responsible for all property maintenance. This program will save your company significant funds both right now and every month for years to come.           EPACT 2005 is currently slated to end on December 31,2007. All systems must be install by that date to qualify for tax deductions. The deduction you may qualify for could be up to $.60 per square foot of qualifying area. Not to mention a 40 to 60 % reduction in electric usage every month. There is also an added savings in lighting maintenance costs of 100% for the first year, due to our one year warranty of installed systems. Subsequent years will see 50 to 75 % maintenance savings due to increased longevity of new lighting technologies.           New lighting systems must be installed and certified by Dec. 31,2007 to qualify.
